For Windermere Community Service Day, the Oak Harbor brokers and staff cleaned up the park across the street from our office. Our office actually created the park six or seven years ago from property that was owned by both the State Highway and the city of Oak Harbor. This year we cleaned up the moss, mowed and weed-eated, removed some dead and dying plants and replanted new plants that will flower in spring and stay green all year. We received a generous donation from Home Depot for bark and plants for the park. Lunch was generously provided to us by Porter Built. We look forward to this service day each year as a way to give back to our community.
